Aarne Saareväli
PARTNER, BUSINESS STRATEGIST
Aarne enjoys challenges – the more complex the project, the more interesting it is for him. His strengths include the ability to prioritize and manage activities to reach the end goal. Aarne acts quickly, is consistent and always keeps moving forward.
For nearly 10 years, Aarne led various Swedbank financing units, gaining expertise in corporate banking products. In the banking sector, Aarne saw himself more as a business advisor, which led to the creation of Business Advisor in 2005.
Through Business Advisor, Aarne has organized the financing of hundreds of business projects, amounting to more than a billion euros. In addition, Aarne has worked as both a lead manager and consultant in a wide range of industries. His expertise encompasses not only banking but also international trade, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare sector, transportation and logistics, green technologies and infrastructure companies.
Aarne holds an MBA degree in international business management from Estonian Business School. His communication skills include written and spoken proficiency in Estonian, English, Finnish and Russian.
Merle Saareväli
PARTNER, SALES AND MARKETING
Merle has worked in banking, as a head accountant for several companies and led a startup until it became the absolute market leader in the Baltic countries and Finland.
Having operated in the private sector, Merle has gained comprehensive experience in the successful marketing process of a company. She knows how to address the company’s customers and provide high-level service. Merle has the ability to view business activities at both the detailed and big-picture levels, thereby creating a harmonious and motivating collaboration between customers, employees, and owners.
Merle’s strengths include excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate substantively with digital marketing specialists, focusing on activities that most effectively impact a company’s financial results. She has built technical systems for companies, including dealing with customer management software, workflow automation, and marketing activities.
Merle has obtained higher education in economics at EBS. Her communication languages, both in writing and speaking, are Estonian, Finnish and English.
